Jo Ann Nolte
Founder & Lead Strategist
Jo Ann Nolte is an educator and entrepreneur with nearly two decades of experience launching and scaling summer camps, enrichment programs, and learning communities. What began as a practical way to support her family grew into successful camp programs serving hundreds of families.
Jo Ann helps educators and entrepreneurs move from idea to execution—building camps that are financially sound, operationally sustainable, and grounded in meaningful learning. Her approach blends curriculum design, real-world operations, and clear business strategy so leaders can avoid burnout and build programs that last.
Camp Mentor was created to give leaders what Jo Ann wished she had when she started: clear frameworks, honest numbers, practical tools, and support from people who understand both education and business.
